52 Gallon*, extra heavy duty cross-linked polyethylene fuel tank. Comes complete with powder-coated or plated steel mounting strap set, extruded rubber mounting bushings, vent hose, rollover safety vent valve, seals and required clamps. Tank hangs approximately only 1.5″ below bottom of the stock fuel tank shield bracket (on vehicles so equipped). Tank is approximately 2.5” deeper than the stock OEM tank.

For model years 2006-2012.
For 2500 & 3500 Models with Cummins Engines

The TITAN tank is 18 gallons larger at 52 gallons. The stock tank is only 34 gallons.

Tank features exclusive low fuel trap design. Can be mounted in vehicles with both one-piece and two-piece drive lines with automatic transmissions. For Dodge Mega Cab equipped trucks with 6 ½ ft. Short Beds.

A “0299001 Dodge, Mega Cab Short Bed Tank Adaption Kit” or a “0299003 Dodge Mega Cab, Short Bed ‘S” Support” will need to be ordered with this tank.
For 2011 – 2012 Mega Cab trucks, Fuel Line Extension Kit is required.

TITAN Fuel Tanks Direct Replacement, Mid-Ship Fuel Tanks are manufactured to use the trucks stock/original equipment fuel sending unit. The trucks stock sending unit is removed from the stock tank and mounted into the TITAN tank. They are a direct fit, there are no modifications needed. With use of the stock sending unit, the trucks analog fuel gauge will read correct and accurate with the TITAN tank.
