The Pureflow AirDog II 5G 220 GPH A7SABD529 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must have upgrade for your 04.5 -18 5.9/6.7L Cummins. The fuel system on your 24V Cummins is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability. This high flow and low pressure lift pump is preset at 17psi right out of the box.  The II-5G features a fully adjustable (up to 55psi) integrated diaphragm pressure regulator.  This regulator offers more consistent fuel pressure and allows for higher flow rates at pressure.  It can also be boost compensated to battle any pressure drops under open throttle (boost compensation kits sold seperately).

The II-5G DF-220 Cummins lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply side hooks directly up to the 5/8″ draw straw installed in the fuel tank. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing.   The injection pump return is tied into the engine return to eliminate the need for the factory filter head.  The AirDog air/vapor return is sent back to the tank through the original suction fitting in the modified fuel module.   You can download the full PDF installation manual HERE for a more in depth look at the installation process and a full parts list.
